Paris Rive Gauche is on the left side of the river Seine (your hotel is on the Rive Gauche). To see the special stores must be placed facing the garden of Luxembourg, having to back the Pantheon, and right of the garden.
The LA RIVE GAUCHE is THE DEFENSE. If you have time, is worth seeing. From the Arc de Triomphe, taking back the Tour Eiffel, we can see Les Champs Elysees and the background the new arc of Defense.
